PURPOSE & DESCRIPTION: The Dealer Relationship Manager works towards achieving the organisational goals by calling on Motor Dealers and Financial Institutions to maintain and grow existing sales volumes within the VAP’s division.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To market Credit Life, Adcover, Renewtech, Warranties and Service and Maintenance Plans to existing and new corporate clients
- To achieve monthly set targets and penetrate the market for new business
- To maintain a continuous professional relationship with existing and new corporate clients
- Client training and capability building
- Client performance management and reporting
- Client compliance, risk and quality assurance
- Customer experience support
- On-going training of products and benefits
- Represent M-Sure at various functions and launches
- Provide market intelligence monthly
- Matric
- Certificate in Sales and Marketing (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of sales experience in short-term insurance.
- Understanding of the Financial Advisory & Intermediary Act of Fit & Proper requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Computer knowledge: MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must have good time management
